Ingredients to make Poha Cutlet
Thin poha – 1 cup
Potatoes boiled – 2
Flour – 1 tbsp
Corn flour – 3 tbsp
Bread crumbs – 1 cup
Ginger-garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Oil – for frying
salt – as per taste

Poha Cutlet Recipe
To make Poha Cutlet, first clean the Poha and then wash it thoroughly with water. Now put the poha in a strainer and leave it for 5 minutes, so that the water present in the poha gets drained out. After this, transfer the poha to a big bowl. After this peel off the boiled potatoes and mash them and put them in the poha and mix both the things well. Now add turmeric, red chili powder, dried mango powder, garam masala, chaat masala, ginger-garlic paste and salt as per taste to this mixture and mix well.

After mixing all the things well, add black pepper powder, corn flour and chopped coriander leaves to the mixture. Keep in mind that there should not be much moisture in the mixture. Now mix corn flour, all purpose flour in a bowl and add a pinch of black pepper powder and a little salt to it. Add half a cup of water little by little and prepare a smooth batter.

Now prepare cutlets by taking little by little the prepared potato-poha mixture and keep it in a plate. After this, put oil in a pan and heat it.
